Book Online or Get in Touch

I offer therapy for individuals in Alberta and British Columbia.
In-person sessions are available in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and virtual sessions are available in both provinces.

You are welcome to begin by booking a session directly through my JaneApp portal, where you can view availability, join the waitlist, or send a secure message.

If you are unsure or would prefer to connect first, you may also book a brief consultation. This offers a space to ask questions and get a sense of fit before committing to ongoing work.

If you do not see a suitable time for a consultation, you are welcome to send a secure message through JaneApp to inquire about additional availability. I may be able to offer some flexibility for brief consultations depending on availability.

You may also reach out by email at hello@sylviapeske.com or through the contact form below if needed. Please note that these options are less secure.

Scheduling

My practice follows a variable schedule, with appointment times released two to three weeks in advance.

If you do not see a suitable time, you are welcome to join the waitlist. This helps me gauge demand and may lead to additional availability.
