About You

If you are here, something in your life is asking for your attention. Not necessarily loudly, but persistently. A sense that something is no longer quite right, even if you cannot fully explain why.

You may have already done a great deal of thinking, reflecting, or trying to understand what is happening. You may be someone who functions well on the outside, while knowing internally that something is not fully aligned. And yet, something remains unresolved. Patterns repeat. Reactions feel familiar. Certain parts of your experience do not shift, even when you want them to.

You are not looking for quick answers. You are looking for something that feels real. This often includes a willingness to slow down, to notice more carefully, and to come into contact with aspects of yourself that may have been avoided, minimized, or simply not yet understood.

At times, this can feel uncomfortable. At times, clarifying. Often, both.

There is also a quiet recognition that what has carried you this far may not be what carries you forward.

Seeking

To be truthful I must do more
than speak words true.
I must also
hear truth, be open to truth,
receive truth, act upon truth,
that truth — difficult, painful,
searching around me,
within me,
else my life mistaken
seeking to honour
my very
own truth.
