Hello.
I have been a Registered Psychologist for over 15 years. Becoming a psychologist was very personal for me and was fostered by an identity crisis in my mid-20s. I believe that most of us pursue a certain type of work or career to fill the voids that have been created throughout our lives. Most of us in the healing profession are healers because we have pieces of ourselves to heal. I openly own this part of me.
My personal journey began with childhood experiences that resulted in deep emotional voids and that led me to suppress my true Self in the pursuit of love and acceptance. The rejection my authentic Self felt as a child and throughout most of my life led to some very strong and negative belief systems and conditioned responses that have remained the focus of my life to heal. The particulars of my situation led to deep feelings of loneliness and chronic states of depression as I navigated through unsatisfying relationships, meaningless jobs, health challenges, and identity crises. The flip side to my felt sense of isolation and loneliness is that I spent a lot of time in contemplation, introspection, and reflection in pursuit of rediscovering my authenticity and finding my place in the world.
Because of my personal and professional journey, I find myself in the present moment with a specialized and fine-tuned skillset to offer clients a deep analytic process of learning…
…how to self-reflect and introspect with mindfulness;
…how to explore one’s authenticity;
…how to show up for the challenging parts of one’s self with compassion;
…how to expand one’s ability to tolerate discomfort;
…how to explore various types of influences and feedback messages on one’s condition;
…how to get to the root of one’s issues quickly;
…options for treating issues and trauma; and
…how to integrate therapeutic insights and practice new ways of showing up in the world.

I have treated all ages and most psychological conditions throughout my career. Currently, my primary focus is treating adults looking to integrate and move forward from the trauma in their lives.
